We did it! Eric Cantor's Super PAC put out an attack ad against Lois that was a blatant lie. We fought back and the television station is pulling it off the air.
People are sick to death of false negative ads by Super PACs -- and we are too! That's why we are fighting back and making sure that our people-powered movement has the resources it takes to fight back. As soon as one of our opponent's shady Super PAC friends go on the air with a false attack, we want to be able to set the record straight.
We may have gotten one ad taken down, but we all know The Young Guns will be back up on the air with another false ad as soon as they can. They have reserved over $400,000 in TV time. The next 24 hours is critical for our rapid response project -please help us. We need $10,000 more in the next twenty four hours to be able to match their current buy.
