Wow. We just got out of an emergency staff meeting and I wanted to make sure you knew what was going on. Late last night, the US Chamber of Commerce, which supports Lois’ Tea Party opponent Adam Hasner, announced they were launching a new ad attacking Lois and distorting her position. We can't let the extremists and the powerful special interests buy this election. That's why we came up with a plan to fight back and we need your help to make our plan a reality.
Here is our proposal to our opponent Adam Hasner: If an independent group spends money on our election supporting either candidate, that candidate would pay 50% of the outside group's expense to a charity of the opposing candidate's choice. This can only work if both candidates agree, but it would go a long way to help take our democracy from the big business groups that want to take away people's power to choose their elected representation. Lois is willing to take this pledge - but will Adam Hasner?
Call on Adam Hasner to join us and refuse help from these special interest groups that are waiting in the wings to attack.
